Frustrating
Ok. I'm gettin a lot of hi,s. Hello,s. Great ta meet cha congratulations, wish u the best. Feel free ta reach out ta me an ask ?'s. Which is great an all but I know I'm new ta usin smart phones, an laptops, but I like ta think that I'm competent. Enough ta know an understand at least what im typing, an im pretty sure I've asked this at least once already. Mayb im wrong but I'll try it again. Again, thanks for the well wishes an everything, but right now I'd really appreciate an answer ta the following questions Why is it that, even though I've upgraded ta premium, while im logged in here on my phone the site acknowledges the fact that I've upgraded an heck even some of ya'all can tell I have cause some ya'all have congratulated me for doin so. BUT, when I go ta tap inta premium things like live cha ta I'm told I need ta upgrade ta use that feature. ALSO, why is it that when I log in on my laptop the site then altogether makes like i didn't even upgrade. I wood really appreciate sum feed bac on these issues cause I'm gettin frustrated ta the PT where I'm second-guessing wether this wuz a gd idea or not. Thank ya'all,

... it's much better to see and to access this platform by using a laptop or computer ... whereas on a mobile device like a phone is much smaller and you may not see everything on it ...

Hi Sketti! I had the exact same problem that you are having now. So don't be discouraged, just contact Kyle ( the co-founder of Wealthy Affiliate ) and he will take care of this glitch in no time. Just message him directly through your mail system which is the envelope heading on the top WA home page. I did that and Kyle took care of the problem. Like I said, it's just a glitch.
Anyways, welcome to WA😃 This is the best move you've ever made as far as careers goes.

Hey Jeff, I'm not sure how you do this on a phone but it sounds like you're accessing a cached version of the site on your phone - have you tried clearing cookies & browsing history - that may work although it's not a guarantee
