I think this is what you are trying to accomplish.
Download the theme, it will come in a zip file.
Go to themes in WP Choose ADD NEW
Choose the zipped file and upload. WP will unzip it for you and it will be ready to be used.

They specify (PHP5.2.4 >), (MYSQL 5.0>) or (MOD_REWRITE APACHE MODULE SUPHP) since I am a newbie, which one or ones do we use? I am using the WORDPRESS tutorial for instructions.
Hello. I am new here, as well. I follow the Get Started Here training. I am currently on Lesson 6. Initially, the instructions were to download Google Chrome as this is the friendliest with the training. I hope I understood your question. I am not a techie person, either, but I am coming along quite nicely and so pleased with the training.

Thanks, I have already done that and am taking the lessons. I also got a book from Amazon for the Kindle and am working on learning how it works. Thanks for the heads up.
