Lesson Learned – When We Get Freebies.

We Don't Value freebies sometimes. But here's a behind the scenes testimonial I think might be an eye opener for someone.

As I type this post "mask off", confessing over my shameful and most likely, costly ignorance. I think of Annelise Keating in the Series finale of “How to get away with murder”. The phrase “mask off” reminds me of her plea before the jury. Except for, this post has nothing to do with murder.

For all I know;

I could be thousands of dollars richer by now.

Here's why;

A few months ago, WAmily members got free access to the Digital Marketing Launchpad - a joint ebook by none other than Dave and Heidi. If you were among the squad that got free downloads, whether you read the book or not; well, I did back then. And I even wrote a review for it. What I didn’t do was to practice what I learned from it.

What a shame (as Dave would put it)

However,

After reading Dave's follow up email a few months down the line, I decided to take another look at the book. And this time I really did put it into practice.
A few weeks later, and I've almost finished the very first digital product that I created by following the steps laid out in The digital marketing launchpad! After a few “practise what you preach” fabulous punches from Dave.

I learned a LOT of invaluable life-changing lessons during the product creation process. I also realised that it really is possible to create your own digital products and it’s not just something that only the gurus do!

The next part of the process is to sell my digital product. So I've created my first ever sales page. I look forward to marketing my first ever product the way we're taught here!
