Example:
Site Name: www.doggystuffrus.com
Product: Acme Dog Chain
URL: www.doggystuffrus.com/index
Is it a good idea to use the product name in a url?
Example:
Site Name: www.doggystuffrus.com
Product: Acme Dog Chain
URL: www.doggystuffrus.com/index
Hi Simon,
You should use the keyword that you are trying to rank for as the URL. So, if the keyword that you are targeting is "acme dog chain review", then yes, that should be your URL. If the keyword that you are targeting is "best dog chain", and you include a review of the acme dog chain, then your URL should be best-dog-chain.
Does that make sense?
Best,
JV

I have upgraded to enterprise on Jaaxy and it still shows me as a free user. I have emailed both Kyle and Carson, emailed the paypal contact address and used the contact form o
If you're lucky you can sometimes catch Kyle on Live Chat. One time Kyle responded to a message on Facebook.
There's no getting around it these guys are busy.

Hi. I have had to contact Kyle in the past and yes, he always responds. You have to keep in mind that they are both getting a lot of messages and it may take longer than 3 days to hear from them. I'd give them a bit more time, especially now that it is the weekend. :)
Well I hope they can reimburse the time lost on the jaaxy account.
Thanks for your response.

Has anyone ever contacted or messaged kyle or carson and got a response from them?

My upgrade to enterprise didn't work, and although the payment went through it still shows my as a free user. I have tried using the contact form on their website and tried the
Have you tried contacting Kyle or Carson directly?
What contact form did you use? and what was the PayPal email address you used?
Shane
Paypal email was skycitymarketing@gmail.com and i used this contact form http://www.jaaxy.com/contact-us . I don't see any support area in jaaxy when I'm logged in.
My advice would be, if you continue to have no success through the contact form, either Kyle or Carson directly here at WA. It may take a couple of days for them to reply but I'm sure they would be more than happy to help.
Shane
Thanks for your input mate. A couple of days you reckon? Seems a bit long for support for a $50 per month product.
Again, cheers for your help.
Yeah I would have to agree that's a bit off.
I just use the Keyword tool here and it does the trick for me.
Yeah it's pretty good too. I do like some of the options jaaxy gives though (if I can access them lol)
