It is just personal preference. I earned that within a period of one and half year. To me, it is small amount, and the hard work you built on the traffic people are clicking on the adsense ads and never coming back when they find something great on the ads, lol. :)

Thanks Marion, I started putting adsense probably in January 15 and was wondering why no one was clicking. I search google to find out why I am not receiving any clicks. Most would say that getting traffic into my site and the other is what best ad sizes and where you position them including the site design and layout which I found on this link: http://bit.ly/1IeiHoy. Thanks Defiant6! Go for it if you are ready to do so. The big part is to get traffic to our site. For now I am focusing on social media.

I'm starting to focus some on social media, but I'm also going into forums and chat rooms related to my niche to try and get some traffic from there.

Talking about posting on homepage, if I am right or wrong that it's best not to post on your homepage. I have not posted on my homepage but in my posts.

It's a good idea, I think building a platform from social media then to other source of traffic is a good start as mentioned in the training. There are so many things to do at once but not enough time to do them all. Just taking one step at a time.

Yeah, I thought I heard that also about it best not to post an ad on the homepage. I've been doing it in some of my posts instead.

I've never been a big fan of social media, but I do understand its importance especially when it comes to traffic so I do have a facebook fan page that I also link my new posts to and Google+ as well. Don't get a lot of traffic from them yet, but I don't advertise nearly the way I should on those either. I'm much more used to forums and chat rooms so I'm starting to see more traffic from those for the time being. Nevertheless, I still have a focus with social media because of its importance.
