Being a Mentor Isn't Just for the Commissions!
I have helped many people out here with the little knowledge I have learned from others here and if it wasn't for those people I wouldn't still be here.
unlucky guys and gals your stuck with me, haha haha
Recently though I have spoke to a couple of new members here that have talked about quitting because they couldn't get the help they needed from the people who got them into WA.
I haven't personally got any members in but I know if I did I would do my very best to keep them here and teach them as much as I could to give them what they came here for.
The person who I came in here with hasn't spoke to me since the first couple of weeks but that doesn't really bother me as I have had thousands of mentors within WA so losing one hasn't really affected me that much.
What I'm trying to say is that if you have worked so hard to introduce new members to this way of life why on earth would you not want to do your very best to keep them here?
Wake up guys! Do what your supposed to do here and help the people that need you most and keep this great community growing!
RANT OVER!
have a nice day
Matthew

Well said Matthew and I think that is dreadful that the person who brought you in hasn't spoken to you for ages and what is the point of getting referrals and bringing people in if you don't then communicate with them and make sure they are ok. xxx
