How my Workouts Have Moulded Me emotionally and overall.
I have been absent well over a year and it shows with no check in and no involvement, that is to regret but many times life happens, though I never thought I would say that. I have however, managed to create a wealth of educational videos across many social media platforms, to be added to my website.
These center around my integral philosophy dedicated in my website, Petrichoresis.com.
True to this philosophy I have treated myself as the hypotheses both negatively and optimistically, but the method is evergreen.

I hope to maintain a better attitude toward my self empowerment as I know nothing in the world can take that away from me.
My focus that had shifted from culinary interests, got a makeover toward a purely health oriented lifestyle, and this has made me realize how much time I lost in reminiscence. Better later than never to get back in touch with what I possessed once lost and regained.
I pray this stays and I stay consistent unlike before.
