3 Things To Focus On Your Business
There are couple of friends on my Facebook posting about how a great year they had in their business, so here's mine.
My focus financially has always been about long term, passive and consistency. Only with a stable passive income can you travel the world and not work while still having money. If that resonates with you then read on.
1.) Your business model must be long term
If your business is in an industry that changes very often, then any time you're not updated fast enough, you'll lose out.
2.) Your marketing strategy must be long term
You must be having a consistent stream of traffic/leads/customers. Hence if you're advertising in a medium that you have no control and no consistency, you won't be consistently having customers. That means focus on building traffic assets like email list building.
3.) Hire, train then Automate and delegate every backend tasks you can.
As a boss of your business, only you care the most of the growth of your business. Any tasks that is below your pay grade should be delegated, and any tasks that is not income producing, you must not touch them as much as possible. You need to know and manage these tasks, but as much as possible, never hands on on them.
By focusing on these, even when the Google update wiped out your traffic, your sales still kept climbing and conversion rate went over the roof.
Facebook and Google are beasts you can never tame. But your business, your brand and your list of leads and customers are what you can control. Wipe me off Google and ban me from advertising on Facebook(but don't! Lol!), my business will still be alive.
Focus on these 3 things and I am positive you'll be running a 5-6 figures business by this time next year.
