Sitting in front of my balcony, a glance to the outside, yelling excited: snowing! My hubby and me run to the glass door just like 2 little children, standing and yelling, so pretty and peaceful. We expected snow last year in Nanaimo as we just moved from the mainland, we used to have snow every year.

That is a good sign for the new coming 2016! Wish everyone success in your niche.

My little boy asked his daddy everyday: when is going to snow? His father said: make a wish, if your wish is strong enough, it will come true. lol...

You might think that we just want to comfort him. Do you believe subconscious? People will be more motivated by their own subconscious.

If your goal was not so close as you expected, you have to check your way, to check if you work correctly instead of work hard and hard.

We are in the Maratho, no matter how slow, the goal is there and we need to get to the end-success. Maratho is not a speed competition, is a competition of perseverance.
