Please I really like your service but I don't think it is fair if I am forced to buy Premium so that I can have help here when I am not yet ready to do so. I want to test the website feature first.

Building first website problem-says I have reached maximum?

So guys and gals behind the curtain...do I really have 2 websites already because I sure don't remember making them yesterday?

Trying to make my first website and seem to be stuck on #4. It says I have reached my limit on websites.
Are there any sites appearing on the "Site Manager" pane (under the light blue Siterubix icon in the left sidebar)?
Also, I've seen several reports this morning of login problems with existing websites. This may be a temporary situation that support will have resolved shortly. I'd suggest waiting a bit and trying again.
I'm currently having problems logging in to my sites (12:30 PM, Pacific time). I get a blank screen whenever I try to log in to any of my sites. It appears that the problems reported earlier haven't yet been resolved.

This issue isn't keeping visitors from accessing my sites, just me.
I understand this but again I have not even create the first website yet. I cannot seem to get this problems fixed. Do I need to cancel my account and start over again?
You may try cleaning browser catches, cookies, temp files etc and then try again. Or try login in some diff browser might solve your problem. Give it a try if not already.
