My First Month
My first month with WA has been great! I have learned quite a bit and realize that I have a lot more to learn. I have accomplished creating a website, written several articles, provided feedback and comments on others website. I am seeing many great websites. I'm not sure that my website is as good as it should be. It seems a website is a breathing and living thing that needs lots of attention. As I get more experience, my website will improve over time. My most difficult problem I have is getting affiliates to accept me. Most of them have rejected me. I do have one, Commission Junction. The other problem I have is getting traffic to my site. So, if anyone has suggestions for me to improve, please, help me out. My website is: thrivebycooking.com

On your thrive by cooking page, you have a couple of little things in this sentence, "The most common mistake in (is)thinking that it is easy to be come (become)healthy"
I just downloaded a program that checks my spelling and grammar as I go. Grammarly. Someone suggested it earlier in their blog. It's great!
Also, the comments are not working.
I didn't look for comments on any other pages.
Your site looks so great. Much better than mine too, I'm hitting a month tomorrow.
I'm new too so not really one to advise or criticize.
The only thing that jumped out is, I would move the menu a little so it is not overlapped by the picture.
I really love it though, very well organized and easy to navigate.

Regarding affiliate programs I see a big health angle in here, I'll PM you later with some affiliate programs related to those articles I see, [maybe tomorrow, very busy today!] I find a lot of programs in the health niche are open to newbies...

Great first month, Susan! Your website looks better than mine! This is my 3rd week since going Premium. LOL. Any website looks better than mine for that matter.

Content ... content ... content. Posting often and regularly will get you the most Google love = page one SERPs leading to improved traffic.
so true! I'm amazed at how content beats fancy websites and even SEO hands down, I can see thousands of hits on articles when I was first beginning and knew nothing, the fancy website is just a bonus!
