Whew. that's Done & Dusted!
I FINALLY have my first mini-course up and running!!
Kicking fear of being on camera, and a just 'getter done' attitude, it's finished and published! WHEW!
While Covid has shut down my Massage Therapy Practice (for the time being), it has given me the ability to refocus on my other projects here.
I'm weirdly grateful for this time. With the 'social distancing' rules in place, I have nowhere else to be and nothing else to do (re: procrastination).
Now to start on the Main, or Flagship course(s).
Flagship... that sounds intimidating, doesn't it? It can't possibly be any worse than publishing your first website, page, or post, though. Every step you take forward is a step to success.
Any new idea will present intimidation, at first, often followed closely by procrastination.
What's the ABSOLUTE worst thing that can happen in beating the intimidation, and procrastination fears?
You launch, and it fails. Nothing happens—no views, no sales, no love from Google... nothing. You're still breathing, so you're going to be OK.
But what is a fail? Failure is just one step closer to success. We have to fail to learn, learn to 'perfect,' and so on. (By the way, there is no such thing as perfect. That may come as a shock to some of you, but trust me, trying to achieve perfection will give you anxiety)!

Congratulations!
You have reason to be proud of yourself. It is not easy to show yourself in front of a camera. This can give the impression of being naked in front of lots of strangers! So I admire the courage you had to surpass yourself in this way to move towards your goals.
Congratulations!
Ingrid
Thank You Ingrid!
The 'fear of the camera' does get easier... sort of LOL
