So, I just thought I'd start up my own blog on my journey to success with WA!
Right about now, I'm beginning to feel a tad overwhelmed. I think it's just thinking about all the writing that I need to do!
Obviously, taking things one step at a time is key. And of course.. taking deep breaths!

So yes, the anxiety/feeling overwhelmed is a normal feeling especially when you're trying to achieve a goal, and it seems so far away. At least that's how I felt initially, especially when I needed to write my three theme pages., then a REVIEW! Yikes!... and, I'm all but 2 weeks into the program. Needless to say, you've got the right idea, one step at a time. Also, what helps me is to exercise; walking, jogging/running and getting a good nights sleep, helps clear your mind.
Keep your eyes in your Goal, and it will all fall into place.
