When I go to site email to set up an email, under Domain there is nothing listed. I have a Domain that I have been working on this whole time but it is not listed when I tried
Hi
You cannot set up a webmail | forward on a siterubix subdomain vs a dot com.
Any purchased, transferred or pointed premium domains would be listed under site domains, however not a siterubix subdomain.

If yours is a dot com you may view below resource

Thank You AbieAJ. I am at this very spot in my training and this is where the issue is. When I go to the site email and click the drop down menu to choose the domain to attach my email to, there are no domains listed. I have a domain that I have been working on this entire time and I am not sure why it is not listed in the domain drop down menu. In the training video, when Kyle clicked the drop down menu in the site email all of his domains are listed. However, when I click my dropdown menu nothing shows up. If I don't have at least one domain in my drop down menu, I cannot create my email. Are you able to help me solved this issue. Thanks
Sharmayne
If there's no domain, meaning yours must be a siterubix subdomain i.e. NOT eligible for a webmail or a forward.
The domain has to be a premium i.e. [domain].com/net/org
However, not [name].siterubix.com
You may start with a siterubix subdomain around a focused niche and build up content and until you are satisfied with your niche and name, down the line have your own dot com, as some affiliate programs do not work with a subdomain. Cost of which is $15 yearly each privacy included. You can then move your siterubix to your dot com applying the move feature found within the site manager which is an easy process.
Another reason is that if you made a mistake on a dot com domain, you won't be able to edit the URL, you'd have to purchase a new one.
if you are ready right now, you may purchase a dot com, then it would be listed for you to create a webmail | forward.
Hope this is clear.
Hi - are you using a free siterubix domain? If so, you cannot have an email address for it. Only purchased domains can have their own email address.
