Progress thus far.

Hey, I wanted to share my progress thus far. I've succeeded in creating two websites, one for my bodywork wellness business and the other for something fun- sex. For the longest time, I kept asking the universe for help combining everything I enjoy doing and incorporating it into ONE online place. Ask and Receive, right? Enter Wealthy Affiliate. I've since canceled my Wix account/domain name/old email address, integrated MailChimp with WordPress, and discovered the magic of KEYWORDS AND JAXXY.

I used to have a blog a couple of years ago, yet it held no passion for me. Using the keyword tool and researching Google with specific phrases, I now find that writing about things that bring me joy is a more pleasurable experience. I get excited knowing that each time an article gets posted, it has a chance of someone finding it and reading it. I like the reminder that billions of folks are online and that I (one person) have a shot at creating passive income.

If there were one thing that I find myself getting caught up in, it's this:

I have an idea for an article; I create a semi-outline using the template of 1000 words and then let it sit for a day or so before I get to writing the article. I tend to be a perfectionist with things and find myself writing/re-writing/moving words around/deleting etc. before I go ahead and post the article. Kyle and others say that writing an article should not take that long. I'm discovering what works for me as far as my blogging skills. It's a work in progress, yet I'm determined.

That's it. I'm grateful for Wealthy Affiliate because, for the first time in many years, I feel passion for the things I love to do.
