I choose one but when I did a keyword search not much came up!
You should never choose a niche based on a keyword, a niche is a group of people.
When deciding on a niche and trying to narrow down to a more specific niche, I recommend you ask yourself the following question:
I want to help people that ______________.
Fill in the blank and you are going to be much closer to a specific audience. After you do this and if you want to run any further ideas by me, let me know and I will give you a hand. :)

I choose my niche before, but when I was trying to continue building my site and did a search on Jaaxy not much came up so I am just a little confused!
Yes, you can absolutely change your niche. You want to be happy with your choice, so better to figure it out at the beginning than down the road. :)
Michelle I did and I am very excited to share with people how it has changed the way I eat! but I am having trouble finding keywords to add to my site!
