We can use both to our advantage because there are other people in the world who can relate or learn from us. Here's how:

• Others who share the same weakness can relate and want to share experiences
• Others share strengths or commonalities and want to network
• Others are weak where we are strong and can help us
• Others are strong where we are weak and we learn from them

Now, one of the greatest mistakes we can ever make is to be afraid or hesitant to share these things with other people.

What is great about this blogging platform, is when effectively used, you have the ability to share and gain insight as to what may be effective for your business strategy or not. You find out what really interests people enough to engage with you.

If you put the information out there, and your audience does not find any value in it, you realize this very soon so you can leave it and move on to something else.

Once we discover what motivates us and others, we can use this gift of Free Agency to pick and choose how we want to direct our lives.

Whenever I have stepped outside of my box and became thoroughly honest with myself and others, I have been able to break down walls and see opportunities where I previously believed none existed.

Mastermind

One of the greatest books, (besides the bible) that I have ever read is Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. Within this book is a wealth of knowledge and insight for anyone who chooses to use it.

When I was a Realtor, I applied the use of the mastermind principles and I literally saw miracles happen before my eyes. My business partner and I produced such phenomenal results and conversion rates as a Mortgage Broker/ Realtor team thanks to the use of the concepts we learned in the book.

In fact, our results were so powerful, we were invited to speak at several companies to share the strategies we were using and to show others how to implement them in their business.

One of my favorite quotes from the book:

"Fear, the worst of all Enemies, May be Effectively, Cured by Forced Repetition of Acts of Courage."

This is absolutely true.

No matter what may be holding you back, you need to face the challenge head on.

Don't rely on your own understanding. Pray for wisdom. Ask others for help.
