How you ask?
We can use both to our advantage because there are other people in the world who can relate or learn from us. Here's how:
- Others who share the same weakness can relate and want to share experiences
- Others share strengths or commonalities and want to network
- Others are weak where we are strong and can help us
- Others are strong where we are weak and we learn from them
Now, one of the greatest mistakes we can ever make is to be afraid or hesitant to share these things with other people.
What is great about this blogging platform, is when effectively used, you have the ability to share and gain insight as to what may be effective for your business strategy or not. You find out what really interests people enough to engage with you.
If you put the information out there, and your audience does not find any value in it, you realize this very soon so you can leave it and move on to something else.
Once we discover what motivates us and others, we can use this gift of Free Agency to pick and choose how we want to direct our lives.
Whenever I have stepped outside of my box and became thoroughly honest with myself and others, I have been able to break down walls and see opportunities where I previously believed none existed.
Mastermind
One of the greatest books, (besides the bible) that I have ever read is Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. Within this book is a wealth of knowledge and insight for anyone who chooses to use it.
When I was a Realtor, I applied the use of the mastermind principles and I literally saw miracles happen before my eyes. My business partner and I produced such phenomenal results and conversion rates as a Mortgage Broker/ Realtor team thanks to the use of the concepts we learned in the book.
In fact, our results were so powerful, we were invited to speak at several companies to share the strategies we were using and to show others how to implement them in their business.
One of my favorite quotes from the book:
"Fear, the worst of all Enemies, May be Effectively, Cured by Forced Repetition of Acts of Courage."
This is absolutely true.
No matter what may be holding you back, you need to face the challenge head on.
Don't rely on your own understanding. Pray for wisdom. Ask others for help.

we must absolutely share and combine our strengths the best of being in a mastermind group is that each member of the time has an unique talent or gift and united we are much stronger and can do more and better results in a much shorter amount of time that it would take , trying to get all done by "yourself"

I'm going to be following it lesson by lesson later on when i can sit at the computer and focus. i'm so excited there's a resource to make some sense out of my new site. trying to get it to have the look and feel of my existing, custom site that i can't edit, as best as possible so learning how to customize is a Godsend! Was feeling so stuck and overwhelmed with this part of it, so this is great.

Great blog! I've read Napoleon Hill's book...and you are absolutely right about it's principles. I wonder who was in your mastermind group? I did gain tremendous insight from it... but it's been awhile since and I've really been focused on "The Science of Getting Rich" by Wattles lately. I love the quote on fear. A recent goal of mine has been to eliminate fear from my life by choosing to face it squarely and purposing to do everyday. Thanks for your inspiration!
Thanks so much! Isn't it wonderful? You should see my copy of the book- it is so tattered from use but I love to refer back to it many times. I'm not sure my business partner wants to be mentioned but if he doesn't mind I will relate it at a later time. I might have to get that book- I've never heard of it. When I am faced with fear I have this quote on a note card that I take everywhere with me. It provides a nice reminder so that I can quickly refocus when needed. I also like to carry specific scriptures as well. Thanks again!
I like the idea of using note cards for reminders. I like dry erase marker on my bathroom mirror and I use my voice recorder on my smart phone to keep key phrases and notes of inspiration for easy listening... something about hearing it over and over really affirms the soul!
On the mastermind I meant the part in the book where he talked about being in near sleep / dream like state where he had the mastermind with the likes of Lincoln, Edison etc... like it took place in his mind but after awhile he was interacting with them and gaining insight. I thought that part was really interesting. I tried it... tried to put Oprah in mine... lol.
OH I GET IT! Lol, I have a few who are in my meditative journal. Among these are Jesus, My dad, Bruce Lee, grandma, Aristotle, Etc... This is a very amazing practice and yes, it is something that takes a lot of focus and regularity. We need to keep in touch!
