After a short period of time away I have started back to learning and putting into practice what I have learned over the years. Recently (end of April) I was laid off work due to lack of funds. (The company I worked for has a contract with the U.S. government and with the sequester, well you see where this is going.) Now that I have all kinds of time to invest in pursuing my ideas for a substitute income I am ready to get serious. Before it was a mere flirtation, a hobby if you will but now the reality is I have to make money to live and I am choosing building an online business as the avenue for my income. Oh sure, I put my resume out and hope for something to come along but truthfully after being with a company for 10 1/2 years you tend to accrue quite a salary. So much so, that hoping to find a job earning the same level of pay is quite honestly unrealistic. However, with a lesser salary and a modest income from an online business you can actually be in a better financial position without the fear that comes from having only one stream of income. So my hats off to all those here who have found their riches and continue to inspire the rest of us. For me, I have a lot of learning yet to do and more importantly, I lot to do to put it all into practice.
You are on the right path. I believe you have everything you need here to build a successful business. I wish you much success in the days ahead. :)
