Proof of fulfillment to lift Paypal account limitations - need your help
Hi, WA familly.
Hope you are all doing great.
I'm just faced with a situation I don't have complete confidence in: proof of fulfillment
After I got payments from some of my affiliate programs, I got this message from Paypal just after their congrats messages:
"We need some information from you.
Why do we need this information?
We noticed some significant changes to your account activity. We require some information from you to understand this kind of account activity better.
We've also temporarily limited certain features in your PayPal account.
Currently, you won’t be able to:
Send payments
Withdraw funds
What should you do?
Log in to your PayPal account and provide the information we've requested."
When I loged in I found they need my ID card photo (easy to do). My smartphone is here for that. lol
But here is the headache, they need a proof of fulfillment such as a purshase received from a supplier.
I am doing affiliate marketing and don't have a supplier. I am not selling goods.
My question what to send as proof of fulfillment here?
Is someone faced the situation once?
What did you do to solve this problem that Paypal is pissing us off?
Thank you for help.
Sebastian

Hin my brother from South Africa.
Thank you for your help.
I checked it out.
Seems the person provided his sponsored post.
So I will try to send the post in which I have my affiliate links and see.
Hope they will understand.
Thank you again.
I have never received anything like that, nor have I heard of others. Is your Paypal a new account?
One warning--did you access the Paypal site from the email you received or did you type in the URL yourself? The reason I ask is that sometimes people set up dummy sites that look like the actual site to "fish" for information from people. I always verify that the URL is the actual one (best to type it in yourself as the dummy one can be off by just a letter or number so it looks like the original)
Otherwise, I would send a request for support to PP.
Hopefully, you get it sorted out soon. Please keep us updated.
Hi,
The account isn't very old. But I used it to receive payments and even make payments without any worries.
As for your second question, I didn't click the link that came with the message.
When I received their message I logged into my Paypal account and I effectively found that my account is limited.
Thank you for stopping by.
Then I would recommend contacting PP directly. I believe they have a support link (it might be through email--I don't remember).
With technology increases, we find even more issues with some of these sites. I hope you get it sorted out soon!
All the best-
Diane
I had this happen when I received more than $1000 into my PayPal account. They needed to confirm that I was a real person and had to send copy of my ID and bank account. Do it through the app, not through the email for security.
Hi, Thank you for stopping by and for your help.
I already did that to lift my account limitations for the first time.
Here what I need to send is proof of fulfillment (though they need to know what I sell to get this money).
If I am selling physical goods that is easy to prove. But since it is a payment from affiliate programs I don't know what to send to them exactly.
Thanks.
