Six Month Progress Report
I have been a member for about five & half months now. Thought it was time to report my progress. I have two web sites that are hovering on page 1 and page 2 on Google. I can attest to the validity of the training and wealth of educational resources in the WA community, if followed it will in fact point you in the right direction. I certainly would not have been able to accomplish those rankings on my own. Whenever I have stumbled or seem to be walking with one foot backwards, rendering my path of the endless circle type, I simply reach out to the supportive and knowledgeable community of WA. The wisdom and inspiration within the WA community is second to none, in my humble opinion. If I need to find out how to perform a certain task in building my web sites, you can bet that there is a live webinar by Jay, a course by Kyle or training of some sort by one of the members. There is no need to reinvent the wheel folks, take advantage of your membership benefits. You will find an answer to your question or solution to your problem somewhere here at WA.
So what can I say about my progress in reaching my originally stated goals. I have not made any money at this point, however I have two weeks to work with before I reach my sixth month mark. My biggest stumbling block is continually questioning rather my current task is the right one, am I making the best use of my time. Should I keep plugging away on a niche that has a large competition small search ratio. Or should I dedicate more time coming up with a niche that’s a little easier to work with. Another problem I run into is choosing a certain product to promote and searching for the best site to purchase said product, only to discover the site with the best price and availability doesn’t have any kind of affiliate program. I suppose my confidence will grow when I start seeing some tangible results, which in turn will fine tune my focus so that I may proceed in a productive direction.
For the past six months I have had the luxury of working at home, taking a break from being a “trade my time for income puppet”, allowing me to dedicate all the time I can to my internet business. Guess I should be thankful I can go back to work when I choose to. In reading about other WA members employment or health catastrophes, resulting in truly dire circumstances, my situation is miniscule by comparison.
Having to go back to a regular job has reinforced the burning desire to grow an internet business into a main source of income, moreover, be my own boss.
So in summary, I’ll continue to learn and gain experience using the resources here at WA and hopefully, sooner rather than later, I can make something happen with the internet business. I see that some WA members succeed faster than others for one reason or another. I have to remind myself that there is no set time frame when you should see monetary results, however it seems the amount of focus & concentration I have seems to be in direct correlation to the amount of financial stability I have.

Sounds like you're making great progress, one thing I had to learn since joining WA is don't compare yourself to others, we all progress at a different pace, keep up the good work!
