hello all
I have my site domain through godaddy and I have my site hosted at WA. I have set up my email in siterubix as
If you have your domain name pointed to WA that you purchased at GoDaddy the email you have there is not good anymore only the one here.
Thank you Tommy
I am going to delete the email account all together on the godaddy domain and leave it as it is on my WA email forward and see what happens.
Thanks again

Email is not getting forwarded from my godday domain?
hello all

I like to keep things simple. I use Jot Form to build my contact form for my site. The email address I used to set up the form is the address all responses are sent to. Jot Form has always worked like a charm and there is a starter level which is free. Jot Form is also much more than a contact us form too. Extremely versatile and useful.
You can preview Jot Form here: http://www.jotform.com/
You can see how Jot Form is used on my site:

Hope that helps.

I have created a text link to take visitors to the WA signup page, When a visitor chooses the text link it does take them to the WA sign up page. However, if the visitor chooses
You can't make the visitor to return to you page. That's simply impossible to do (regardless of the website platform you are using).
If I understand correctly your link is set-up to open a NEW (2nd) tab. When someone closes that new tab, your website will still stay open in the original tab.
Please let me know if I misunderstood your question ;)
Alex, You understood the question perfectly. What seems to happen is this The WA login page opens in a new tab. if that tab is closed it seem to close my site as well. does that sound right to you.. Seems to me if the tab for WA is closed the tab for my site should remain open.
Yes, you are correct, if a new tab is closed, your website (or original tab) should remain open. Are you sure that your link is set to open in a NEW tab and not in the same tab as your site?
Can you also share you website link here (or in a private message) so I check it out and try to see what the issue might be?
Alex I am new to this. Currently my site is still on siterubix and I am still experimenting and learning.
oh no worries, Scott! We were all beginners at some point ;) As I mentioned, if you could send me your website address I could take a look into it for ya.
Alex here is my link http://buildabizonlinetoday.siterubix.com/
obviously it is not complete.
if you scroll to the bottom of the Building a Web site page you will see a "Get Started" text link that takes the visitor to the WA become a member page.
Got it!
Just took a look and it works for me. When I close the new WA tab, your website remains open for me. So there is no problem ;)
hmm I wonder why it does not work for me. Interesting, When I choose the Get Started text link it does not open in a new tab, could this be related to my browser.?
Thanks for checking
In the code for your text link you need to include target="_blank"
Replace [ with <
Replace ] with >
Replace the a_aid value if neccessary
The word editor here will not display html code as text...
Hopefully this workaround will work
[a href="http://www.wealthyaffiliate.com/a_aid/76ea8b4a"
target="_blank" ]Getting Started[/a]
Scott, I think it could be browser related. With the website itself it's pretty clear - you either set it to open in a new tab or not. Yours is set properly and it does in fact open a new tab. So the only reason for this not working for you is the browser. Try updating your browser and try a second browser (Firefox and Chrome are 2 most used browser).
David and Alex Thanks so much.
Alex On my Site the RED Get stated button works as intended, Just above that there is a blue Get Started Text link That is the one that is not working.
David
Thanks for the php code I will embed the target="_blank" code and see it that helps
I have embedded the code and all works fine for me know, Thanks again for all the help Alex and David, you now both have a new follower..
I think I may even write a post about this
