My name is Sarath living in Sri Lanka and we are growing cinnamon. Our island is 65610 square km.but all-island, not growing everywhere cinnamon. Where I am living the place called Karandeniya is the best cinnamon growing place. I am proud to say that the best cinnamon comes from my home town.

I love my Vietnamese cinnamon. It is less sweet than Ceylon and has an ORAC value that is 25 times higher than blueberries.

I believe cinnamon is a power food with many uses. Thanks for the info.
