How do I delete inactive plugins

Hi family, my website is experiencing problems so i have been asked to remove inactive plugins.

Will please assist me on how this should be done.

You may go to Plugins tab of your WordPress sites back office, click deactivate and if you do not want them you may delete.

Go to Plugins and then select Delete for a deactivated plugin. If the plugin hasn't been deactivated, click Deactivate and then Delete.
