The drop down box for choose the domain is blank…..HELP!!
Are your sites personally-owned domains or are they siterubix subdomain sites?
You can only create email addresses on personally-owned domains. There is no provision to create email addresses on siterubix subdomain sites.
A personally-owned domain has the ability to add email addresses and to use FTP for files transfers. Siterubix subdomain sites have neither.
A personally-owned domain is your own to use as you choose to. You can move a site on one to another hosting company. A siterubix subdomain name is "borrowed" from siterubix.com and you cannot host that URL anywhere other than at siterubix.
It doesn't give the options to choose a domain….it's blank where you're has 8 or so to choose from. I have 2 websites to choose from but nothing shows up in that drop down box

Well I just got a message from tech support and they said I can't have an email with siterubix...I'm so confused bc I can't move on without an email but I can't afford to purchase anything else yet at this point. Whenever I asked in classroom everyone said that siterubix was just fine and that it should work.,,,
Thanks Bob. I do have a gmail account. brynnsantalla@gmail.com but it won't let me use that either. I'm on course 2 lesson 6 and it's requiring my email for me to critique on 4 other website before I can get enough credit to have mine critiqued…..So Bob does that mean I cannot move on any further without purchasing the domain
I don't know why a gmail address wouldn't be acceptable. Perhaps another member can shed some light on this.
Anyhow….I really do appreciate all the time you have taken to go back and forth with me! I just really want to be productive with this company and I feel as though I have hit a wall
A very good (and free) screen capture tool named "Jing" is available from TechSmith. I used to use a program called "ScreenHunter" from WisdomSoft but I find that Jing has many more features and capabilities.

If nothing else, you can always get a free gmail account to use temporarily.
