I'm confused, you say that you have created your blog and promoted their products
How can you promote Amazon products if you do not have an account?
Omg! So i should create the affilaite profile prior creating the website?? I just took the links of my products from amazon . How very stupid!!
But again when I started creating the amazon affiliate account they ask me for the links i promote. Since I had none to provide I thought I should first complete my blog.
Still seems rather pointless.
Why not keep the reviews until you're an actual Affiliate and have something to use.

You say you are not an affiliate with Amazon yet.
They can't take you forward until you actually apply to become an Amazon Associate.
Only then will they be able to process your application and if everything is ok you will be given an ID and that ID will always be a part of your links and codes for Amazon products.

No, you have a website and content on it.
Once you have sufficient content you can apply to join affiliate companies such as Amazon, ebay, Clickbank etc etc.
Once you have your affiliate links you can write short reviews of the product and incorporate your links into the content and when people click on them they are taken either to a website like Amazon or the merchant/seller/vendors site.
They buy whatever is on offer and you get your commission.

It's been a week since I made my website and it says NO on my google index..Does it mean it isnt visible on Google yet?
It simply means it is not indexed; People can find it if they enter the URL, but it will not show up on any SERP!
One small thing. I checked a few posts in the community and lets say they talk about something in particular, but there's never the link to your blog. How would people find it so?

If you are talking about all of my WA blogs, like this one of yours, just click on my picture to go to my profile and they are all listed.
Just have to keep posting content focusing on the keywords. It may take a bit longer depending. Mine took a few weeks, maybe a month.

Why does it say no on my google index?
