How do we stay young, healthy and happy?
We often times go through life without taking time to document or acknowledging what is it that makes our lives so vital and exciting. Therefore the ingredients of a youthful existence remains a secret until we are made aware of them, but there are some components that are believe to be the elixir of life..
The main components of those elixir are:
Our Mental Attitude:Positive thinking, will power,an open mind for change.

The Level of our Physical fitness: Having an active body that can function at its peak performance and a well oiled machine that can respond to our daily demands.

Proper Nutrition: Knowing how to heal our bodies naturally with out chemicals and eating whole healthy foods that gives our body the fuels it needs daily.

Having a Sense of Humor: Coloring the way we see ourselves and others, it will give us a different perspective on the circumstances of life.

Being in the Moment: Having a sense of appreciation for life in this very moment, seeing beauty in even the tiniest object around us, and feeling the emotions and rhythm of life as it is now.

Being Able to Create an Image: Being aware of your outer image, having the knowledge to create an illusion of what you desire to be.

Risk Taker: Accepting challenges as they come across your path and following up on your dreams.

Thirsting for Knowledge: Having knowledge is power it open up the world to you and add spice to your life.

Having an Awareness of Your Spirituality: Finding the God within you and realizing your innate powers that binds you with humanity and the universe.

Turning Lemons into Lemonade: Making life works when the chips are down by tapping into your ingenuity

Being Able to Love and be Loved: Love is the greatest gift to all humanity with out it we are hopeless.

allowing the Child in You to Live by Having Fun: The child we once were is still alive within our mind and body, don"t suppress him/her, enjoy him/her no matter your age.

We may have experience each of these ingredients many times in our lives, whether by our selves or in groups or may be all at the same time and those might have been when we felt life was good and we were happy. But for most life were fleeting and we were not aware of why we were having these feel good moments, and so we probably did not know we can make it happen again.
In all honesty life is not easy, so we need to take matters into our own hand and let life work for us!
