Traveling is fun, but there’s no doubt it takes us out of our routines. Apart from not having all the everyday luxuries and comfortability of being in your own home, you’re also without the accessibility of your gym.
But that doesn’t mean you have to skip your workout while you’re traveling.

It’s a form of exercise known to be economical and simple, yet extremely effective.
