Blogging about your experiences as a new stay at home mom is a great idea. Think about the challenges you face and what you are doing about it. What works, what doesn't work. That will help other new moms, for sure.

You can tie in other tips, such as the importance of taking time to relax and the essential oils you use to help you ease the tension, etc. As long as you keep it relevant to new stay at home moms, it's fine. Write as if you are talking to a friend who is in the same situation as you.

Focus on helping your target audience - "new stay at home moms". Think back to what google searches you do when looking for help to cope with new motherhood. Other new moms or soon-to-be new moms are likely doing the same thing.
