I have a draft article showing a status in progress and in the Article Designer the second step Content Outline the wheel keeps on spinning with a message "Generating Outline,

Sorry this happened. We can certainly look into this further but first try refreshing your page to see if it fixes it.

I tried several times and even logged in and out but to no avail! Each time I go back to that draft article it shows status in progress and stuck in the second step Content Outline and wheel spinning!

We will investigate. We will also work out a solution so this doesn’t happen in the future.

This happened to me before, but after a while, it got unstuck by itself and gave me the text I requested. :)
I'd be patient.
I even deleted it that time it happened.
