I want to change my website name...I changed my niche
As you are a starter member you most likely have a siterubix subdomain.
So you can just create another website using the second free siterubix available to you.
Bear in mind should you own a domain yourself (that is you paid for one) you cannot change the URL so you would have to buy a new one as other's have mentioned below.

You have to buy a new domain name and then host it, then import the content of your site to it or you redirect your previous domain to this new domain. I hope that helps
You can only use subdomains at siterubix.com as a free member. If you want to use your own domain you’d need to go premium and register one. I am unsure if you can move between siterubix.com subdomains or not. If that’s what you’re looking to do, I’d reach out to Site Support.
