Two months here at WA

I have been here at Wealthy Affiliate for about two months now and I have learned more than I ever could have imagined. I actually stumbled upon WA quite by accident while searching for online jobs in my area of expertise (hoping to supplement my income). I honestly had never even heard of affiliate marketing and had never really considered how bloggers make money from what they do (aside from those annoying ads that pop up everywhere on some people's sites).

I threw myself in headfirst upon discovering all that WA had to offer. I have had some set-backs, but mainly just in finding the time to work on everything as I care for my family and work full-time, but I have kept at it.

So far I haven't earned any money yet, but my website is looking better and better and I am increasing my traffic steadily. I am proud of what I have accomplished even if it has't led to actual money yet. I am confident that money will come eventually. I do think that I may have chosen a niche that is not a huge money maker, but I am continuing on and using my first website as a practice run if nothing else. I have ideas for possibly more lucrative websites that I would like to build, but have held off on this until I complete the five certification courses here and feel like I know what I am doing better.
