Avoiding Burning Out
I am on my 123 Day working on my website almost every day for 1 hour. I made $0,04 so far. I really dislike the fact that I have to do all the social media and the technical things to make this work, naturally I have more of a passion to write conten, but if that is what it takes I'll do it.
I have about 5 people come to my website every day, but I have a suspicion that google analytics is not really accurate, so lots of inaccurate statistics. Most of the people that read my stuff come from Facebook, sharing what I have to my friends and family.
And sometimes just looking at the results of putting so much work into this, makes me want to give up and it makes me feel burned out.
What really helps me is reminding myself why I am doing this in the first place. It is who I am and what I love to do and results shouldn't matter at all.
So if you feel like burning out and giving up remind yourself why you started this in the first place and everything else is secondary.

That's true. Sometimes it is also worth figuring out a pace that works for you. If you are going to hard and too fast, then you may burn out completely before you get to where you're going.
People often end up focusing on their goals first and themselves second. This is important for being successful, but only if the cost isn't too high.

I suppose that the idea is finding the right balance. Sometimes, adjustement need to be done to stay in the right track. I compare online marketing like a marathon not a sprint.
