Hello there,
I'm writing my first post of my first website, and I've a doubt about the frequency of the keyword i've to choice to ranking good with my article.
If
Generally, it is recommended to have your keyword in the heading of the post and then once again within the first or second paragraph. You can include it another time later in the post, but only if it sounds natural in the context otherwise google will penalise you with bad rankings.
So it's not about keyword density or using the keyword as often as possilbe but placing it twice at the beginning of the post.

Also, it is recommended to focus on one keyword per post. You will write a number of posts for your site so you will be able to use a number of keywords. But the best strategy is to just have one per post.
