Health is Important or Money? Understand the situation and purpose

In today's scenario, everyone is so busy in the pandemic conditions all over the world, everyone has been working for more than 10 hours a day due to work-from-home concept just to keep their online status up-to-date.

Most of them have been exhausted with this kind of situation and have become overweighted. There are many of them who work 9 to 5 in offices but during this situation, they have to compulsorily work for more hours, since they are in their comfort zone. It becomes difficult to manage your eating time, sleeping time and working time altogether when it comes to working from home.

It happens that during these work hours, people get irritated often, if some work arises at home which further creates barriers in relations at home.

Working with ease is possible or not?

One needs to understand that work and health are two different things and we must manage them properly. Working constantly gives birth to many illnesses which normally you will not make out but it gradually builds up and one day it pops up with a Big Question that is Now what? Everything gets halted and you are now on the track of improving your immunity to get back to work. So the work is kept aside since you are on leave and here health becomes more important.

As far as I understand is money is never stable in one place. You earn money by becoming a workaholic and spend it on your health or any other expenses.

Point to understand

Even Animals do take a break when they are exhausted and when they take a break why can't human beings?

What I believe Health and money, both are important and everyone should take an initiative to spare some time while working to calm down the aggression of work as it is very well said that " A power nap helps you to quickly revitalize your body and mind" and it increases your performance at work.

I hope this will solve many problems at home and work and increase productivity giving great results.
