Help! Changing domains and Google Webmaster/Analytics

So I had my free siterubix site all set up properly with Google Webmaster and Analytics, but since I went Premium and switched over to a regular .com, I'm having all kinds of problems getting my Analytics to track and my Webmaster to link to the site.
Has anyone else experienced this and do you have any solutions? I've already lost 2 days worth of Analytics data as well as my Google authorship, and I'm thinking of just wiping my Analytics and Webmaster accounts and starting over. Help!

Did you set the change of domain name in Webmaster Tools?! Rich.
I deleted the siterubix site from the list and added the regular .com instead... should I not have done that?
