It sounds like a brilliant idea. As LynneHuy says, if you are passionate about the subject then definitely go for it. Just remember that for the niche idea you choose, you have to be able to write an indefinite amount of content for the site.

Hi Lynne, am passionate about food in general and Lebanese food is a big passion for me. I actually checked google keywords and from there i got a good insight about this niche (regarding search volume and competition) I also got a list extracted from Jaaxy site after doing some keywords search there also. Thank you for your time and advice. I got really inspired by your struggle and life path you did amazing effort.

I know I love: Soccer, swimming, shooting, food (lunch type food no desserts), video games namely Call of Duty, programming (i am a professional software engineer :)), real est
Just as an edit for the above, it is worth mentioning that I was thinking of the below: I love snipers rifles, snipers stories, sniping knowledge, sniper scopes...etc every thing about sniping and snipers. I was thinking of a site that talks about snipers: real stories, advice on how to become sniper, practicing sniping through air guns, their gears and how to use, maybe videos from wars, games. I am thinking of it as a lounge for sniper and sniping lovers. Could you please advise regarding this idea? Thank you a lot :)
That can work too :) I think you may need to choose whichever interest you the most (psychology or sniping), than after you gaining some knowledge and able to manage your time, just go build second website.
You can have many websites :) I heard some members here have 4 or more websites. But for starting point, concentrate on one website to gain some experience for building a good website

Drill down more. What is your favourite psychological subject? What excites you about psychology? What got you into it in the first pace?
Hello Jess, I think what I like mostly about psychology is the part that deals with self awareness and discovering oneself and inner traits. Different characters and their corresponding actions and characteristics. I like character signs from actions, example the way we sit, talk, react, shout, smile....etc. Thank you for your time and effort.
OK, I have a possible niche for you: Social interaction (as an offshoot of behavioural psychology.)
You can write so many topics and promote so many products based on body language, self control, self confidence and neuro linguistics (plus much more) just within this niche.
One possible avenue for you :)

Glad to help! I have had a lot of neuro-linguistic-programming (NLP) based training at work, and there are tonnes of books and courses you could offer people on the subject. Plus, every English speaker in Sales will research it on Google at some time.

You just answered yourself by the bold statement :) go with psychology then. You can choose several in depth niche in psychology such as stress management, anxiety, or lies.
Or, maybe you want to be more creative by combining other interests? Maybe you can go with "using psychology at sport games" or "video games psychological effects" niche.
