Site Comments - a compliment at last!

Hello fellow WAer's :)

As you may (or may not) know, I've been away from WA for a few months because of a sick wee doggy. Before my 'absence' I was quite vocal on the 'downside' of Site Comments - ok, not so much the system itself, but the people who abused used it and the cr*p comments that I've received and had to reject for one reason or another.

So tonight I feel compelled to announce that not only have I not had any of the aforementioned useless comments, but the sites that I've been asked to comment on have been absolutely fantastic!! I could literally type and type and type for ages. I have to stop myself and edit bits out because I don't want the site creator getting bored with my monologue. Clearly WA is doing something right. I'm commenting on professional looking sites that give valuable information and advice. Can things really have changed this much in 8 months...????

I'm not complaining. Bring it on. I'm loving reading other people's posts and even more - I'm loving commenting. I (thankfully) still have a 100% acceptance rate {note:- to the first who rejects me, sleep with one eye open!} and I'm getting fantastic relevant comments in return.

I always hoped that WA would sort out the comments issues but I'm shocked and pleasantly surprised at how quickly they have brought things under control.

Fellow WAer's - Keep doing what you are all doing. You all have amazing websites and I'm loving checking them all out. This community is the bomb and I'm so happy and proud to be a part of it!!! :):):)

(And not even Wales beating Northern Ireland in the Euros has dampened my joy)
