Successful Blogger Mindset
So I was very consistently following my training when I got to the point of having to take a 10 day break. During that time I moved from one apartment to another and one thing after another kept coming up and I let life get in the way.
But I'm back. I'm ready to get going and stay consistent with this again because this system truly works and because I want to walk the walk. LOL.
I'll tell you what. I truly missed being on here and getting to know you guys better as well as missed working on my blog.
So let's talk about the Successful Blogger Mindset.
Instead of thinking about yourself, you think about your reader and serving them. So here are four very important points.
Anything you put on your blog you want to make sure it's going to help people, that it will serve what they're looking to achieve because that is what will ultimately help your blog attract people that will help lead them to the solutions they are looking for. Your blog is a business and your focus needs to be on helping others.
You need to come from the mindset that you really want to help make people's lives better, that you want to solve some problem for them and that you truly want to help.
How effective you are at doing this will determine how much money you are able to earn. But the money is just the icing on the cake, it's what happens when you are being authentic and genuinely helping others.
FULFILL NEEDS AND WANTS
This is about choosing what you're going to blog about, your niche. The people that come to your site need to be united by a want or a need. We need to be careful not to be too generalized but rather to specialize.
- What is the transformation that you’d like to deliver to people?
- What is the outcome you want to provide and help people achieve?
- How can you help them achieve it?
- And, is it an outcome people really truly want and have proven they will pay for?
FULFILL A DEMAND
You want to fulfill a market demand. What are people looking to achieve? What about making money? What about solving a problem? Find the problem and then fulfill it.
PUT YOURSELF IN THEIR SHOES
So for example your About page needs to be about your reader and then you need to sell yourself and prove that you can fulfill their needs and their wants. You need to understand what your readers want and need.
So hopefully this helps to see what our readers need and want from our blog and gives us a better roadmap to follow to success for us as well as for those joining us on our journey.
