I do find that different things work for different people, as we all function a bit differently, but these simple steps, certainly do help.

Yes, I'm back from Greece, but I'm in the process of selling my house in the UK, I have a buyer, but we still have the paperwork to go through, but hopefully, everything will be fine. I will then have to become a Digital Nomad, which will be Greece, I hope! I'm trying to sell before this evil government collapses the housing market!

I have been going to Greece for around 12 years, now, the biggest problem I have always had, is coming back!! It's a bit like when we had the school holidays, I couldn't really enjoy the last few days, knowing I had to go back to school!

I think that's a good thing to do, Nick, go with the flow, within reason!

I'm hoping it will go through, Nick, but I'm just carrying on regardless, at the moment. I would say that prices have dropped considerably. I live in a very good area, but I would say that in many cases house prices have dropped 25%, it just hasn't filtered through to the media yet!

The fact is, we all want as much as possible for our property, but I guess it's only worth what it's worth. Personally, with the present government, prices can't go up, I admit that they have been high for a long time. I would like to get out before prices drop further. I could be wrong, I've been wrong before.
