I've just created a video about some simple time management principles that I use. Each and every one of us are different, so different things and principles work for different people. I do think it's important that we have a plan of action and that we know exactly what we are going to do before we start work.
Over the past few weeks, I seem to have been in discussions with various people about time management., Recently, Hein, put up a blog post about being productive and organised and using software, which looks like a good idea. It's something that I will hopefully try in the next few weeks. I will put a link to Hein's blog post below.

I have tried software before, but unfortunately, for me, it seemed to take too long to set up and therefore is wasting time, just setting the software up.
