How are you adding you Amazon Affiliate links?
Hey WA fam,
At this point I'm really confused. I just recently read on Amazon's discussion board that you cannot make any commission if your sale comes through a direct link? It must be clicked on from a website widget (or something of that sort).
It's mind boggling to me as to why Amazon would do that, when it gets you the same outcome (just with no commission).
My question is, when you embed your link on your page, how do you add it? I've been copying the direct link (from the product page, where it says "Link to Page") and pasting that as my hyper-text and/or image URL.
Is this wrong? Should I be doing this a different way?
Any feedback is much appreciated as I'm completely confused on the process now.

I made two trainings about how to set up a-stores, which is a popular way to sell with Amazon. You can also have more discreet links, I need to make a training on that as well. Don't discount Amazon, their name recognition and variety make it a great affiliate partner, plus they have 24 Hour cookies which means ANYTHING people buy on Amazon within a day of visiting through your link you earn from!
why don't you try and find other affiliate links? amazon pays smallcommissions, try skimlinks, sharesale, and others
