I want to users to subscribe to my web, but I don't know how to do it, if you give me any direction I will be very grateful.

On your dashboard, go to new plug ins type in MailChimp and you will see some options. Free to start and have to pay after 500 members. They have auto responder, forms, exit sign ups
Manchini, i just read Cathy's blog post on create a popup signup, may help you (sign up with MailChimp first) :- Create a Popup Signup for Email Form with ChimpMail
You will need to sign up for an autoresponder service. There are free ones and ones that cost.
Type in the field at the top of your profile page about email marketing or autoresponder. There are several articles on free ones I use aweber it is $19 per month.

The matter is that I have written training today but it said in the end it could not be published caz it had to be at least 4 pages, but my training did not need 4 pages, I have
The textual training has to be at least 4 pages long or it will not let you post it. Stretch yours out to 4 pages if possible.
Do like I do create a short video with screencast o matic and then create a video training. Here is s video that will show you now to do it.

Hi Manchini. Great to see you again. Is it a textual training or do you want to use video and stuff like that? There are some people here who are good in writing training. I'll writing one soon but now i"m busy with an eBook.

Well, why don't you write the word "because" then?
I hope that you don't write words like that on your blogs and training, because not everyone will know what you mean.
it is allowed on internet to write so, it is internet writing :) even american classic writers use caz in their stories , take story collections called "Being People" and you will see their only caz:)
