OK, did you know you can earn money on Wealthy affiliate Site Comments platform? That's right, you can earn real money right here at WA. There are other ways of earning money here at WA like creating training, but the easiest way is by using the Site Comments Platform.

But, it's not that simple, in order for you to start earning real money by providing comments, You need to leave 50 comments within a period of 30 days, you need to have an approval rate of 80% or higher and skip(not interested) rate of 20% and lower.

Once you are certfied, each credit you earn has a value of $0.50.

There Are So Many Tutorials Here At Wealthy Affiliate That Show You How To Comment

I would like to make this post mainly because I want to post the tutorials that I have found here on WA just by searching on search bar. The reason why I am doing this, is that I hope that the people using site Comments will read my post and maybe take a look at the tutorials so they can learn how to leave good quality comments.

The thing is although we are encouraged to reject bad comments, it's really not that simple, when I get a bad comment I am thinking what if this is a person who hasn't been in WA long enough to understand the value of a good comment, but they are trying to get certified so they can afford their membership here at WA by providing comments and earning cash credits? What if by disapproving the comments I just slowed their process of them getting certified?

But at the same time, I am angry because I have used my own credits to request the comments and therefore I feel I should get a good quality comment because I am paying for it. The last time I needed comments I had zero credits and I had to purchase them because I had no time to leave comments on other member's websites to earn credits.

You Earning Credits Means, The Author Has Spent Theirs To Request Comments

So I spent real money, from my pocket to purchase credits, and then I requested comments, I got some really great comments, but I also got some really low quality ones, the kind that starts with I appreciate you for putting this website together, and then ends with thank you for helpful information, but does not mention the information on the article whatsoever.

Now as I mentioned earlier, it's not just a question of reject and move on, it's really difficult because we are not a bunch of heartless people, we do care, and so that means rejecting a comment is a very tough process. Well at least for me it is.

It becomes an emotional torture, because it really makes the author feel bad by disapproving the comment, but at the same time, by approving the comment you are making the commeter think it's OK, to leave generic comments, and earn credits for them. For example take a look at this post of an author who is so frustrated by bad comments on Site Comments

Please Take The Time To Read The Article Before Writing Your Comment

I think, if you are going to use Site Comments to earn credits, then you should take time to read the article, check what the author wants to be included in the comments, for example opinion on the topic discussion, questions, experience, etc then draft a good comment that encourages engagement and adds value to the article. And please read your comment before submitting, see how it sounds, does it sound generic? does it sound like you really took the time to read the article?

Before I go any further I just want to say that Kyle, Carson and their team of engineers here at Wealthy Affiliate, have worked very hard to make the Site Comments Platform the best place to get great quality comments for our websites, and also earn cash credits, which can be converted to dollars if you are a certified commenter Check out this post by Carson

Why I Am I Doing This?

Because I understand that there are some members who use the Site Comments platform to make some dollars to cover their membership here at WA, and maybe some of them are not certified yet which means they still don't have a lot of experience with the Site Comments platform.

Now, one thing to understand is the Site Comments platform is not the same as the give and take comment thread

Although, the give and take thread is meant for members to give comments on other members websites in exchange for those members also returning the favor, I have found it easier to use the site Comment platform to request the comments because with the give and take thread, sometimes you get a four or five words comments, like nice post thank you for sharing.

I think we should give a nice valuable comments to each other's websites because we are colleagues and, the same way you don't want me leaving a generic comment on your website, it's the same way I don't want a generic comment on my website from a fellow WA member.

OK, So Here Are Tutorials On How To Leave A Good Quality Comment

First Iet's start with how to leave a comment on a Wealthy Affiliate Review. I think this post has touched on very good points and it gives an example of a good quality comment on WA review.

Next we are going to look at training and it's by the author of the post we just looked at, in this training you will also learn the importance of comments on your websites, and also what types of comments you should not accept or in this case the comments that you as a commenter should not leave on someones article.

In my opinion if you want to start earning credits or money on Site Comments Platform here at Wealthy Affiliate, then please take time to learn how to do it right.

There are so many tutorials here to help you, so you can leave great comments, so we can all benefit and make each other's job easier. I honestly don't think it's fair that I spend my credits requesting comments, and then I spend hours trying to decide what to do about comments, or worse spend my time editing comments instead of working on my websites.

Now, I understand that for some of us (myself included) English is not our first language, so I ma not reffering to grammar, I'm happy to correct grammar on a comment, because I know my own English is not that Great but I do try really hard to check my grammar when I am writing.

I know some of you will say that why don't I just reject the comments if I am not happy? well, if you have read my whole post then you have seen that it's not that simple.

OK, I think I have covered this topic and I hope this post will help you see the importance of leaving a good comment both from the perspective of an author of the article and also the commenter's perspective.

As a commenter, you leave an amazing Comment, it gets approved, you earn your credits, the author gets your amazing comment and they are happy because you have added value to their content, and we all happy :)

Conclusion

For those who have used Survey sites, you know how hard it is to take a survey and the work that goes into it, plus you get paid close to nothing.

I think Site Comments Platform here at Wealthy Affiliate absolutely beats the survey sites 200% And I think you can actually earn good money if you have time to leave comments.

Plus WA, members have amazing websites so it's really interesting to read those articles, I have actually found myself going back to websites that I have left comments on, because maybe I had asked a question when leaving the comment, and I am genuinely interested in the answer. I go back, read the answer and leave another comment to thank the author for the answer that's how interesting some of the articles are.

Anyway, thank you so much for reading this, please leave your comments below, and if you liked the post then, give it a like.

Rose.

Good day Rose, you have clearify so much uncertainty to so many on this site, I guess that most of us had these questions but hesitant to ask. Thank you for understanding and guiding us all through this. I am sure that most of us has i clear vision of the whole process, Thank you for taking your time to explain it all in such simple and amazing steps... Greatfull to you..

Thank you so much Rose for this post, which is still relevant today. I came across its link as I was looking into how to earn $ through site comments.

You shed so much light on this topic, I'm already embarking on a journey to implement your advice...writing quality site comments and earning something in the process. I had been wondering, in my 3 months at WA, how to go about writing them well.

I just had to follow you after reading this post!

Pam

Rose,

Well said. Earning via site comments is a great way to earn cash credits that can be used towards membership fees and domain names.

Although I no longer have time to comment enough to be certified, I also earned a lot (hundreds) of credits that I can use to request comments on my website’s posts.

As you mentioned, it is really interesting reading various posts. I learn a lot. I also find myself inspired by what other WA members are doing.

Indeed I am inspired too by WA members’s websites.

To be honest, when I compare other websites to those owned by WA members, our members have super professional looking websites.

Great article! I'm glad to know I'm not the only one who struggles with whether or not to disapprove comments that are generic. I find it an issue with site feedback sometimes too. Although you don't earn money from feedback, people sometimes just say "good job keep it up" and don't really offer you anything constructive.

I think it's great that you brought this up! :)

Yeah, I haven't been in site feedback for a while. Yes, disapproving comments is not as easy as it sounds but now since I know there are people who are using the same comment on all the posts they comment on, I will not have a problem disapproving them.

Especially those who always start a comment with hello, first I want to appreciate you for putting this website together.

That makes me mad, so your way of appreciating me for putting the website together is by leaving a generic comment so Google can see my website as a spammy website? Just terrible what they are doing.

Hello, first I want to appreciate you for putting this blog together... lol! jk!

lol, you are disapproved but thank you for putting this amazing comment together, I will share it with my sister, cousin, grandma lol :)

HAHAHAHA!!!

lol, I have shared your comment with cousin, sister lol thank you for putting yet another wonderful comment together, let me appreciate you by sharing it again with my uncle, cousin brother lol

Thanks for putting up with amazing blog and for sharing it with everybody including your dog. I shall share your post with the racoons in my backyard. Does this mean my comment is approved?

Lol, yes You are absolutely approved now lol

I absolutely agree. I always do my best to leave a well thought out comment and it is disappointing to get a lot less effort when you are asking for comments on your website. I have had them too, "thank you for putting this great website together" but the comment is empty and it shows clearly that the author did not read my article. It can be frustrating.

I don't mind grammar and spelling errors as long as the comment shows that the author read my content and provides value. When I leave comments and I get tired of reading so many articles, I stop and do something else. When I check a comment I left I ask myself if this is the kind of comment I would be happy to receive on my own website. If the answer is yes, I leave it.

We need to disapprove those comments that start with I appreciate you for putting this website together. They don't appreciate us because if they did, they would read the article and leave a good comment.

You're absolutely right.
