Over 10,000,000 TikTok views! FUNNY Thing Happened! haha

During the last few weeks every single time I've been in the city center, someone has commented under my TikTok videos,

"Were you in the marketplace place at 19.15?"

Or

"Were you in front of the mall today at 18?"

Or

"I think I saw you in x place tonight... Were you there?"

It means that they have seen my TikTok videos and later recognized me in the city.

It's so funny. 😂

Every Finnish TikTok User Has Seen My Videos (I guess so!)

One thing about TikTok is that it shows your videos first to the people who are nearby to the country that your SIM card was registered.

In my case, I use a Finnish SIM card so my videos are shown first to the Finnish people.

The population of Finland is aroud 5,5 million in total and my videos have received well over 10,000,000 views.

It means that probably every Finnish person that uses TikTok has most likely seen some of my videos there!

Then once people initially engage with the video (like, comment, share, etc.) TikTok shows videos also to Swedish, Norwegian, American, Filipino people and all over the world.

The fact that my videos are shown first to the Finnish people means that some people seem to recognize whenever I visit the city centre here in Oulu.

10,000 TikTok Followers Reached Today

Today I reached 10,000 TT followers.

I remember that it took me 2-3 years to reach the same on YouTube. Now it took only around 2 months on TikTok.

Not a huge milestone but I like to celebrate even the little wins.

And I encourage you to celebrate your little wins too! ;)

Should You Use TikTok Too?

Maybe. Maybe not.

I'd say that if you are focusing on your blog and making good progress with it, keep on focusing on your blog. Don't get distracted with TikTok.

If you have a YouTube channel and you like making videos, then creating a TikTok channel may be a great idea.

You can get a lot of traffic from TikTok to YouTube and it will boost your engagement on YouTube which leads to more views and results on YouTube.

TikTok definitely is not for everyone. That being said, anyone can use TikTok to build their businesses if they want so the choice is yours.

A lot of my videos on TikTok are very silly and I've created them for the sake of having fun and engaging with my audience there.

I've got distracted on TikTok sometimes but so far I can say that benefits completely outweigh the drawbacks.

I am having fun with people on TikTok and it also brings tangible benefits to my online business too. So I'll continue using it.
