Simple wealth principle tells you, "Buy things that put more money INTO your pocket."

PS. I still want to underline that it's also good to buy sometimes things that don't directly make you more money. Otherwise, you would never buy any gifts, give money to charity or have any vacations and that doesn't make any sense. You need to do those things as well.
