Woohoo! :D

That's 3/4 of the first YouTube Play Button (100,000 subscribers required)

Then there will be another YouTube Play Button after 1,000,000 subs and another after 10,000,000 subs...

What's the SECRET to YouTube Growth?

It's not ONE Thing, It's Every Thing

I have bought YouTube courses from some of the most famous YouTubers out there.

I've watched tutorials from YouTubers who have 1,000,000's or sometimes even over 10,000,000 subscribers.

And guess what?

All of them mention more or less the same things. (with some exceptions of course!)

Focus on your...

• Click-Through Rate
• Watchtime
• Session Time
• Engagement
• Etc.

There is not one single thing that makes the difference.

It's every little thing combined.

• Number of Videos (as you can see in the graph above)
• Video Quality
• Camera Angles
• Voice Quality
• Expertise
• Comments
• Likes
• Shares
• Collaborations
• Etc. Etc.

Doesn't it feel overwhelming?

I have an EASY solution for you.

Do This in a SIMPLE Way

=> Pick ONE thing that you'll want to improve.

Let's take 3 examples:

1st Example:

If you currently have 0 videos on YouTube, the only way to grow is to increase the number of your videos.

=> Publish your first video!

You've just improved the number of your videos.

You're growing.

2nd Example:

Let's say that you have 50 videos on your channel but you're not getting the results you'd desire.

Simply pick another area to improve.

How to get a better Click-Through Rate?

=> Go through your videos and ANALYZE in YouTube Analytics what kinds of thumbnails and titles get a HIGH Click-Through Rate.

What kinds of thumbnails and titles get you a LOW Click-Through Rate?

=> Write down notes.

=> Improve

3rd Example:

You want to improve your session time (=time people spent on YouTube after watching your videos.)

How could you improve that?

• At the end of the video, tell people what to watch next.
• Send people to playlists instead of individual videos.
• Create series of videos that people can watch in a row.
• Etc. Etc.

=> you'll get better results again.

1% Percent Better Consistently

If you improve a little bit every week, your results will skyrocket.

My channel went from around 13k subs to 75k subs in a year. If we continue growing at this rate we'll reach over 400,000 subscribers within a year.

Just pick an area that you'll want to improve and think about how you could do it better.

The same approach works by the way to other parts of your business.

There are, of course, tricks that help you with YouTube. I've created videos where I've shown some of them.

But eventually, it comes down to consistently improving each part of your channel.

Over time that adds up to big results in the long run.
