I'm Thankful
Today I stopped by the chat room as I do most days to see who was there and what was going on. I was privy to see some conversations pertaining I believe between a person who kinda thought WA could be a scam and some of my friends here at WA. The responses from "anindochk","RICH","BlueDot""muskyblood""Steve"and"labman",I think I've included everyone, provided answers to why it isn’t. It made me glad to be a small part of WA. I didn't know anything about internet marketing before coming to WA. Heck,I didn't know what internet marketing was. I truly believe that because of the training and the help from the people here at WA is why I am now making a few dollars. I am finally getting to do what I looked forward to do when I retired, and that is to drive where ever and when ever I choose just for the fun of doing it. I really, really, really retired two years ago. I love to drive and I guess you can say that is the only hobby I have left. My other hobby was working on cars which I find I have difficulty in doing now. In the short time I have been here at WA I've been able to put up a web page which has made me a few dollars which helps to pay my traveling expenses. I now travel and make money while doing what I like best. I truly feel I am in the right place at the right time in my life and I am truly thankful. Thanks everyone for all your help.

We here tend to stand up with vigor for something we believe in, and I for one believe in this place. Glad you are here!
Fantastic post, and thank you for including me in the list, although I'm not sure I deserve to be. I've developed an almost stock attitude to the "WAU is a scam" accusations in chat but sometimes you find it's individuals with their own agendas, trying desperately to provoke comments or criticisms of people or products that they can screenshot and then publish elsewhere. I learnt that lesson the hard way a few weeks ago, so even though it's tempting to offer up my affiliate link for a self-assembly bridge and a few goats, I now answer any such behaviour by simply replying that "WAU is free for 10 days, have a look around, try it out. If it's not for you, then move on. It won't have cost you anything." I've discovered they find it's pretty hard to argue with that response. ;) Rich.
Congrats on your retirement, your entry into the world of making money on the web and finally getting to do what you love!
