I think that you are spot on. Do something on a daily basis and do not beat yourself up if what you can do is less than ideal. Just keep moving forward :)

Keep up what your doing and you will surprise yourself when you realize how far you have come! I'm a big advocate of slowing things down. I set my kitchen timer for one hour and then am forced to have to leave my computer to turn it off. I'm not in the corporate world any longer so have the luxury of being home. However; you still have to set goals and prioritize. Make a list at the end of each day for the next day and try and get it done. Not earth shattering if you miss one or two. Just pick them up the next day. Little by little . . . Good Luck!
