It's worth bearing in mind that there are no guarantees that the images you get from them are copyright free, as no free image site checks that the individual uploading the images is actually the copyright holder.
If you want to be sure that the images you are using are copyright free, I recommend you use a stock library that offers indemnity. For example, Stock Unlimited http://www.stockunlimited.com offers unlimited downloads for a month for $9, which should be long enough to stock up on a year-or-two's worth of photos! They also offer a $25,000 per image indemnity against any copyright infringement claims.

You are absolutely correct. Don' t assume that images are free. Google has a compilation of images that are mostly copyrighted. It I'll pay for my images. It is not worth a lawsuit! I' m using a company where I pay around $2.50 per image. They send you a receipt when you have paid.
I've been using Pixabay, but every week, I feel the need to shout to no one in particular: Pixabay sucks!!! Pixabay is not bad, I'm just not that pleased. I'll have to save this to my favorites!
Good stuff, Rod!
Yea, I stopped using Pixabay as well.
Some platforms wouldn't even allow me to upload them lol
Glad to hear your saving it Veronica :)
Definitely helps, so simple.
