Hi. I had a very similar situation. My problem was that the http showed up in the search bar instead of https and I was getting the "Your site is not secure" message. I contacted site support and they fixed it for me. You might contact them. If they can't fix it,, they will tell you what you need to do.
To get to site support, go to the tabs on the left side and the one that says "Websites". Click on that, and you will see "site support." Click on that and tell them your problem. Hopefully they will be able to help you. Take Care and Good Luck!
