Hey, Robert. While I'm not Kyle, perhaps I can shed a little light on this.
I'm not sure where you do your banking, but if your bank has an online version that you can use, I recommend logging in (Most major banks should have a website you can check out) and checking your recent transaction history. If you had 30 dollars and WA only took out their initial $19 (I'm assuming, perhaps incorrectly, that you've just started, and thus were offered the $19 dollar first-month discount), you should absolutely still have some left, as you said. Checking your bank transaction history will let you know exactly where your money went, and how much you actually had prior to the WA monthly fee.
If your bank doesn't have an online counterpart, or you don't know how to use it, try calling them. They can check your transactions for you. Additionally, most smartphones (if you have one) have apps for your bank that can, again, allow you to do the stuff listed above.
